踝关节镜下内固定治疗三踝骨折的疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Internal Fixation Under Ankle Arthroscopy in the Treatment of Three Ankle Fractures

目的:探讨踝关节镜下内固定治疗三踝骨折患者的疗效。方法:选择2017年6月~2019年6月本院收治并确诊的三踝骨折患者76例作为观察对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各38例,对照组行切开复位内固定术治疗,观察组行踝关节镜下内固定术治疗,评价治疗效果、并发症率。结果:观察组疗效评价优良率显著高于对照组(94.74%,76.32%,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(5.26%,26.32%,P<0.05)。结论:针对三踝骨折患者采用踝关节下内固定术治疗可促使疼痛消失,恢复踝关节功能,而且并发症少。

Objective:To investigate the effect of internal fixation under ankle arthroscopy in the treatment of three ankle fracture.Methods:A total of 76 cases were selected as data,all of them were patients with three ankle fractures treated and diagnosed by our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019.Each group was randomly divided into 38 cases,the control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with ankle arthroscopy to evaluate the therapeutic effect and complication rate.Results:The excellent and good rate of curative effect evaluation in observation group was 94.74%significantly higher than that in control group 76.32%,P<0.05,and the complication rate in observation group was 5.26%significantly lower than that in control group 26.32%,P<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of patients with three malleolus fracture with sub-ankle internal fixation can cause pain to disappear and restore ankle function,and the complications are few.
