牙齿外伤后种植牙延迟修复与即刻修复的临床对比观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:比较牙齿外伤后种植牙延迟修复与即刻修复的临床效果。方法:选择2015年4月~2016年7月本院收治的牙齿外伤后种植牙患者116例为观察对象,随机分为延迟修复组与即刻修复组各58例,比较两组的疼痛、种植体稳定系数值(ISQ)、红色美学指数(PES)、治疗周期、种植牙修复效果及并发症发生情况。结果:延迟修复组的VAS评分为(3.23±1.22)分、ISQ评分为(63.27±3.83)分、PES评分为(7.53±0.73)分、治疗周期为(7.68±1.22)个月;即刻修复组分别为(1.62±0.73)分、(64.26±4.36)分、(8.45±0.64)分、(6.47±1.83)个月。延迟修复组优占62.07%,良占34.48%,差占3.45%;即刻修复组优占67.24%,良占25.86%,差占1.72%。延迟修复组牙周组织红肿3例(5.17%),牙周组织溢脓2例(3.45%),牙周松动1例(1.72%);即刻修复组牙周组织红肿1例(1.72%),两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:种植牙延迟修复与即刻修复的效果相似,并发症无明显差异,但即刻修复更省时,舒适度更好,美观度更好。 Objective:To compare the clinical effect of delayed and immediate restoration of implant teeth.Methods:A total of 116 post-traumatic dental implant patients admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to July 2016 were selected as observation objects.They were randomly divided into delayed restoration group and immediate restoration group,58 cases in each group,and the pain and implants of the two groups were compared.Stability coefficient value(ISQ),red aesthetic index(PES),treatment cycle,dental implant restoration effect and complications.Results:The VAS score,ISQ score,PES score and treatment period of the delayed repair group were(3.23±1.22),(63.27±3.83),(7.53±0.73)and(7.68±1.22)months respectively,while those of the immediate repair group were(1.62±0.73),(64.26±4.36),(8.45±0.64)and(6.47±1.83)months respectively.In the delayed repair group,62.07%were excellent,34.48%were good and 3.45%were poor;in the immediate repair group,67.24%were excellent,25.86%were good and 1.72%were poor.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of delayed restoration of implant teeth is similar to that of immediate restoration,and there is no significant difference in complications,but immediate restoration is more time-saving,comfortable and beautiful.
