摘要
目的:讨论压缩空气式雾化器在小儿肺炎临床治疗中的作用。方法:选取2018年3月~2019年3月在本院进行治疗的肺炎患儿84例,将所有患者均分为两组,一组提供常规雾化治疗,记为常规雾化组,另一组提供压缩空气式雾化治疗,记为压缩雾化组,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:压缩雾化组治疗有效率为90.48%,常规雾化组治疗有效率为76.19%,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;治疗后,常规雾化组患儿FVC指标为(80.56±4.38),FEV1指标为(81.38±3.52),压缩雾化组患儿FVC(88.54±4.96),FEV1指标为(89.32±4.65),P<0.05,压缩雾化组患儿改善更明显;治疗后,常规雾化组出现并发症占比14.29%,压缩雾化组并发症占比4.76%;常规雾化组满意率为78.57%,压缩雾化组患儿满意率为95.24%。结论:对肺炎患儿提供压缩空气式雾化治疗,能够提升肺炎治疗有效率,缩短治疗时间,提高患儿对治疗的满意率。
Objective:To discuss the role of compressed air atomizer in the clinical treatment of children pneumonia.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,84 children with pneumonia who were treated in our hospital were selected.All patients were divided into two groups.One group provided routine atomization treatment,which was recorded as routine atomization group,the other group provided compressed air atomization treatment,which was recorded as compression atomization group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The effective rate of compression atomization group was 90.48%,the effective rate of conventional atomization group was 76.19%,P<0.05,which was statistically significant;after treatment,the FVC index of conventional atomization group was(80.56±4.38),FEV1 index was(81.38±3.52),FVC(88.54±4.96),FEV1 index was(89.32±4.65),P<0.05,and the improvement of compression atomization group was more obvious;after treatment,the FVC index of conventional atomization group was(81.38±3.52),FVC(88.54±4.96),FEV1 index was(89.32±4.65),P<0.05,the improvement of children in the compressed nebulization group was more obvious;after treatment,complications in the conventional nebulization group accounted for 14.29%,and complications in the compressed nebulization group accounted for 4.76%;the satisfaction rate of the routine nebulization group was 78.57%,and the satisfaction rate of the children in the compressed nebulization group was 95.24%.Conclusion:To provide compressed air atomization treatment for children with pneumonia can improve the effective rate of pneumonia treatment,shorten the treatment time,and improve the satisfaction rate of children with pneumonia.
