产钳助产术与胎头吸引助产术的应用价值对比分析

Forceps Midwifery and the Application Value of the Fetal Head to Attract Midwifery Comparative Analysis

目的:探究产钳阴道助产术与胎头吸引阴道助产术的临床应用价值。方法:随机从2019年3月~2020年3月本院收治的所有待产孕妇中选取80例为研究对象,按分娩过程中助产方法选择差异,分为观察组和对照组,两组待产孕妇例数均等。对照组行产钳阴道助产术,观察组行胎头吸引阴道助产术。分别就两组的助产成功率和母婴结局进行对比。结果:观察组的助产成功率为95.0%,对照组的助产成功率为97.5%,差异统计学无意义(P>0.05)。新生儿损伤方面,观察组新生儿面部皮肤损伤发生率明显高于对照组,差异统计学有意义,P<0.05,其他损伤问题差异统计学无意义。产妇并发症方面,两组对比差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:产钳助产术和胎头吸引助产术都是有效的助产方式,但二者在实际应用中各有优劣,需视情况合理选择,以确保分娩顺利进行,保护母婴安全。

Objective:To explore the forceps vaginal midwifery and the fetal head to attract the clinical value of vaginal midwifery.Methods:Random in our hospital in March 2019 to March 2020 were all give choose 80 cases of pregnant women as the research object,according to the process of delivery of the method of midwifery choose difference,divided into research group and the control group,two groups of pregnant women to give equal the number of cases.The control line forceps vaginal midwifery,the team line of fetal head to attract vaginal midwifery.Then two groups respectively of the success rate of midwifery and and outcomes were compared.Results:The success rate of assisted group was 95.0%,the control group of midwifery success rate was 97.5%,the difference is statistically insignificant(P>0.05).Neonatal injury,the team incidence of neonatal facial skin damage is significantly higher than the control group,the difference is statistically significant,P<0.05,other injury problems difference is statistically insignificant.Maternal complications,compared to similar between the two groups had no statistical significance,P>0.05.Conclusion:Forceps midwifery and fetal head to attract midwifery are effective way of midwifery,but both have their own advantages and disadvantages in practical application,will be subject to reasonable selection,to ensure smooth delivery,maternal and child safety.
