改进平车装置在基层医院危重患者院内转运中的应用

Application of the Improved Flat Car Device in the Transportation of Critical Patients in the Basic Hospital

目的:保障危重患者院内转运安全,减少转运人力资源。方法:将2018年3月~8月进入本院急诊科的60名使用改进前平车运送至功能检查科室做检查的危重患者做为对照组,把2018年9月~2019年3月进入本院急诊科的60名使用改进后平车运送至功能检查科室做检查的危重患者做为观察组,分别观察两组患者使用不同的平车运送时SPO2升高的平均值;同时对本院分别用过改进前和改进后两种不同平车院内转运危重患者至少3次的130名护士对改进前和改进后的平车使用满意度进行调查。结果:改进前的平车运送患者SPO2提高(3.71±3.10)%,改进后的平车运送患者SPO2提高(8.10±3.05)%,两组患者SPO2提升均数比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.001)。使用改进前的平车护士的满意度为(71.64±8.46)%,使用改进后的平车护士的满意度为(96.5±3.54)%,差异有显著意义(P<0.001)。结论:使用改进后的平车转运患者能有效为患者提供氧气的供应,方便护士操作,能提升护士工作满意率。

Objective:To ensure the safety of in-hospital transportation of critically ill patients and reduce the transfer of human resources.Methods:60 critical patients who entered the emergency department of our hospital from March to August 2018 were transported to the functional examination department by flat car before using the improved flat car as the control group From September 2018 to March 2019,60 critically ill patients who entered the emergency department of our hospital were transported to the functional examination department by the improved flat car as the experimental group,and the mean value of SPO2 increase was observed when the two groups of patients were transported by different flat cars;meanwhile,130 nurses who used two different flat cars to transport critically ill patients for at least three times before and after the improvement were compared with the improvement Before and after the improvement of flat car use satisfaction survey.Results:The SPO2 of patients transported by flat cars before the improvement increased by(3.71±3.10)%,and the SPO2 of patients transported by flat cars after improvement was increased by(8.10±3.05)%.Compared with the mean increase of SPO2 of the two groups of patients,the difference was significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction rate of nurses using the flat car before the improvement was(71.64±8.46)%,and the satisfaction rate of the nurses using the improved flat car was(96.5±3.54)%,the difference is significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The use of the improved flat car transport can effectively provide patients with oxygen needs,facilitate the operation of nurses,and improve the satisfaction rate of nurses.
