支持医疗过程管理的电子病历设计思想与临床应用

Design of Electronic Medical Records and Clinical Application of Medical Support Process Management

目的:总结支持医疗过程管理的电子病历设计思想,探讨PDCA思想在电子病历中的应用效果。方法:把PDCA循环理念引入电子病历的设计中,完成支持业务流程管理的电子系统设计,对比应用前后抗生素的使用强度与平均住院时间。结果:新的电子病历系统应用之后,10种抗生素的使用强度明显降低,得到了很好的控制;应用之前的平均住院天数是(16.40±3.29)d,应用之后的平均住院天数是(9.52±2.87)d,应用新系统后住院的平均天数显著下降。结论:在电子病历系统中引入PDCA循环,可以更好地监控与管理全部医疗流程,临床应用效果满意。

Objective:To summarize the support medical process management of electronic medical record(EMR)design ideas,and to investigate the PDCA thought in the electronic medical records application effect.Methods:The PDCA cycle concept is introduced in the design of electronic medical records,to support the business process management of electronic system design,contrast before and after the application of the intensity of the use of antibiotics and average hospitalization time.Results:After the new application of electronic medical record system,using the strength of 10 kinds of antibiotics decreased significantly,has been well controlled;the application before the average hospitalization days were(16.40+329)days.After application of the average length of hospital stay was(9.52+2.87)days.After the application of the new system in hospital were days significantly decreased.Conclusion:In the electronic medical record system introduced the PDCA cycle,better monitoring and management of all medical procedures,clinical application effect of satisfaction.
