摘要 传统的罗氏线圈存在绕制困难等问题,测量精确度和稳定性较差。本文基于新型的PCB-罗氏线圈,设计了一种插入式电流传感器。该新型电流传感器相比于传统罗氏线圈,测量稳定性好,电流测量范围大,精度高。为了验证新型传感器性能,研制了一种开口式双回路插板罗氏线圈电流传感器,利用该传感器对汇流母排电流进行测量。实践表明,该新型传感器设计合理,测量精度高,对电流精确测量有重要实用意义。 Conventional Rogowski coils have proble ms such as difficulty in winding,and measurement accuracy and stability are poor.Based on the new PCB-Rogowski coil,this paper designs a plug-in current sensor.Compared with the traditional Rogowski coil,the new current sensor has good measurement stability,large current measurement range and high precision.In order to verify the performance of the new sensor,an open double-circuit board Rogowski coil current sensor was developed,which used the sensor to measure the busbar current.Practice shows that the new sensor is reasonable in design,high in measurement accuracy,and has important practical significance for accurate current measurement.
