摘要
售电侧放开作为新一轮电改的重点,打破了电网公司一家垄断的局面,建立了相对公平的电力交易市场,而“应运而生”的售电商作为新型电力市场主体,需要制定合理的购售电策略以应对激烈的竞争。本文针对售电商的售电策略制定问题,阐述了电力用户的需求响应特性,并应用需求弹性矩阵建模表征用户需求响应行为;以不计及风险的峰谷分时电价决策为对象,从削峰填谷的社会效益出发,综合考虑用户和售电商的利益不受损,引入需求弹性矩阵,建立峰谷分时电价的优化计算模型,采用遗传算法进行优化计算,并通过拉格朗日乘数法进行手工验算,分析讨论影响峰谷分时最优定价的因素。
The sale side was released as the focus of a new round of electricity reform,breaking the monopoly of the power grid company,establishing a relatively fair power trading market,introducing social capital to participate in the distribution of electricity business,and forming market competition.As the mainstay of the new power market,the“single-born”electricity sellers need to develop a reasonable purchase and sale strategy to cope with fierce competition.The electricity seller purchases electric energy in the power generation side market,and then sells the electric energy to the user in the demand side market to earn the electricity purchase price difference.On the electricity sales side,the electricity sellers will formulate different sales price strategies based on different pricing targets.In this paper,based on the response of user demand,the demand elasticity matrix is applied to work with two different sellers’pricing targets.First,starting from the social benefits of peak-cutting and filling the valley,comprehensive consideration of the interests of users and sellers is not Impaired,the optimal peak-to-valley time-of-use electricity price decision model for the electricity sellers without risk is established.The Matlab genetic algorithm is used for optimization calculation,and the manual check is carried out by Lagrange multiplier method.The factor of excellent pricing.
