结合宁波鄞州中央公园规划设计的实践案例,探索中央公园作为城市绿色公共空间的重要意义。设计中深度思考并特别关注“城园关系”“人园关系”的和谐共生。从“当代大型城市公园的新任务”“开放空间系统”“区域性发展的催化剂”等方面综合分析公园在城市品质提升上的战略意义。围绕“生态鄞州、活力鄞州、和谐鄞州”的城市总体追求,以蓝绿交织的湿地水域景观、多元文化交流为特色,强调城园互动、城景相融、和谐共生的时代气息,建设集生态保护、科普教育于一体,突出绿色休闲、具有生态标识的公共活力中心。

Combining with the practical case of the planning and design of Yinzhou Central Park in Ningbo,the significance of central park as urban green public space is explored.In the design,we should think deeply and pay special attention to the harmonious coexistence of"city-garden relationship"and"human-garden relationship".The strategic significance of parks in urban quality improvement is comprehensively analyzed from the perspectives of"new task of contemporary large-scale urban parks","open space system"and"catalyst for regional development".Targeting the overall urban pursuit of"ecological,dynamic and harmonious Yinzhou",with blue and green wetland landscape,multicultural communication features,it emphasizes the epoch flavor of citygarden interaction,city-landscape integration,and harmonious coexistence,aiming to construct a public activity center integrating ecological protection,popular science education,green leisure,and ecological identity.
