全域旅游背景下的景宁县城景区化规划研究

Research on the Scenic Area Planning of Jingning County under the Background of Full-area Tourism

景宁,全国唯一的畲族自治县,省级重点生态功能区小城市试点,拥有“两山夹一水”的空间格局,是富有生活气息、文化韵味的山水之城、风情之地。伴随全域旅游发展和美丽县城建设,景宁成为浙江省城乡更新和魅力再造的典范。景宁以“县城景区化,街区景点化”为整体策略,构建“连山露水”的生态网络,强化“诗画畲乡”的文化氛围,完善“主客共享”的配套设施,优化“和美景宁”的环境风貌,围绕建筑风貌-分区引导、城市绿地-量质并举、景观照明-亮化彩化三大载体,最终创建浙江省首批4A级景区城。

Jingning,the only She Nationality Autonomous County in China,is a provincial key ecological functional area pilot city.The spatial pattern of Jingning County is between mountains and rivers.It is a city full of life atmosphere and cultural charm.With the development of tourism and the construction of beautiful county,Jingning has become a model of urban and rural renewal and charm reconstruction in Zhejiang Province.Jingning County's urban development strategy is"the county town as a scenic area and blocks as scenic spots".Jingning's ecological network should reveal mountains and rivers,strengthen the cultural atmosphere of poetry and painting,and improve the harmonious and beautiful environment.Three measures should be taken to guide the transformation of architectural features,improve the quantity and quality of urban green space transformation,and enrich the color of landscape lighting transformation.Jingning finally established the first batch of 4A level scenic area cities in Zhejiang Province.
