浙江省级绿道网规划实施评估研究

Research on Assessment of Provincial Greenway Network in Zhejiang Province

浙江省级绿道网规划自2014年发布实施以来,在整合带动区域优势资源、改善城乡生态环境方面发挥了积极作用。及时开展省级绿道的系统评估,有助于整理发现全省绿道网建设的薄弱环节,精准反馈绿道的空间分布和人们的使用偏好。综合运用政务平台数据和SDK大数据,对省级绿道骨干网络的建设情况和使用特征进行定性定量评估。评估结果表明,省级绿道网存在省市推进不同步,空间分布不均衡,日常使用频率和品质有待提升等问题。评估结论为下一阶段的省级绿道布局规划、建设管理规程修订提供了更为科学、全面、客观的决策依据。

Since the implementation of Zhejiang provincial greenway network plan in 2014,it has played an active role in integrating regional advantageous resources and improving urban and rural ecological environment.The systematic assessment of provincial greenways will help to sort out the shortage in the construction of provincial greenway network and green infrastructure,and accurately feedback the spatial distribution and preference of greenway use.In the study,the E-Government system data and big data are used to conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluation on the construction and use characteristics of provincial greenway network.The results show that greenway network is not synchronized between provincial and municipal levels,the spatial distribution is not balanced,and the daily use frequency of greenways need to be improved.The study provides a more systematic and objective decision-making support for the refined greenway plan in the new stage.
