口腔正畸治疗上前牙阻生的临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of orthodontic treatment of impacted upper anterior teeth

目的:探讨口腔正畸治疗上前牙阻生的临床疗效。方法:选取医院50例上前牙阻生患者随机等分为研究组与参照组,研究组患者行口腔正畸治疗,参照组患者行导萌术治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:研究组患者治疗有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用口腔正畸治疗上前牙阻生疗效显著,安全性高,具有临床应用推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment of impacted upper anterior teeth.Methods:50 cases of impacted upper anterior teeth in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and reference group.The study group was treated with orthodontic treatment,and the reference group was treated with guided eruption.Results:the effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:orthodontic treatment of upper anterior teeth impaction has significant curative effect and high safety,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
