快速康复护理对前列腺癌根治术后患者VAS评分的影响

Effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on VAS score of patients after radical prostatectomy

目的:探讨快速康复护理对前列腺癌根治术后患者VAS评分的影响。方法:选取医院收治的150例腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术患者,随机分为两组,每组75例,对照组应用传统护理模式对患者实施干预,研究组应用快速康复护理模式对患者实施干预。结果:研究组患者手术指标优于对照组(P<0.05),心理状态优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用快速康复护理对腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术后患者实施护理干预,缩短了住院时间,改善了患者术后不良情绪,减轻了患者术后的疼痛,降低了并发症的发生率,改善了患者术后的生活质量,提升了治疗效果,可以应用推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on the VAS score of patients after radical prostatectomy.Methods:150 patients undergoing radical laparoscopic prostate cancer surgery in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 75 cases in each group.The control group used traditional nursing models to intervene patients.The group applied rapid rehabilitation nursing model to intervene patients.Results:The operation index of the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05),and the psychological state was better than the control group(P<0.05);the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications was control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of rapid rehabilitation nursing to implement nursing intervention for patients after radical laparoscopic prostate cancer radical treatment shortens the length of hospital stay,improves the postoperative adverse mood of the patients,reduces the postoperative pain of the patients,reduces the occurrence of patients'complications,improves the patient's quality of life after surgery and improves the treatment effect,which can be applied and promoted.
