院校合作以岗位胜任力为导向培养学生临床技能 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨院校合作培养医学生临床技能操作水平的作用。方法:依托某校教学改革项目,院校合作,以岗位胜任力为导向,构建临床技能操作课程体系,选取教学内容,采用多种教学方法培养医学生的临床技能。结果:学生临床技能操作水平明显提高,毕业后参加执业助理医师技能考试时,临床技能考核全部通过。结论:院校合作以岗位胜任力为导向培养学生临床技能,可明显提高医学生临床技能操作水平,值得大力提倡和推广。 Objective:To explore the effect of cooperation between hospital and school in training medical students'clinical skills.Methods:Relying on the teaching reform project of our medical college,the cooperation between hospital and school,and taking the post competency as the guidance,we constructed the course system of clinical skills operation,selected the teaching content,and adopted various teaching methods to cultivate the clinical skills of medical students.Results:the level of clinical skills of the students was significantly improved,and all of them passed the examination after graduation.Conclusion:the cooperation between hospital and school can significantly improve the clinical skills of medical students,which is worthy of promotion and promotion.
