生酮饮食+综合作业疗法在全面性发育迟缓患儿中的作用

Effect of ketogenic diet and comprehensive occupational therapy in children with global developmental delay

目的:探讨生酮饮食+综合作业疗法对全面性发育迟缓患儿的作用。方法:将135例全面性发育迟缓患儿分为甲、乙、丙3组。甲组患儿行常规康复训练,乙组患儿行常规康复+综合作业疗法,丙组患儿在乙组基础上另给予生酮饮食治疗。对比体格生长、神经发育变化。结果:三组患儿治疗后Gesell发育量表中各指标、总发育商(DQ)评分均升高(P<0.05),乙组与丙组患儿均高于甲组(P<0.05),另除大运动评分外,丙组患儿治疗后其余各评分均高于乙组(P<0.05)。结论:对全面性发育迟缓患儿实施生酮饮食+综合作业疗法可促进精神发育。

Objective:To explore the effect of ketogenic diet and comprehensive occupational therapy in children with global developmental delay.Methods:135 children with global developmental delay were randomly divided into A group,B group and C group.The A group received routine rehabilitation training,and B group received routine rehabilitation and comprehensive occupational therapy,while C group received ketogenic diet treatment on the basis of the B group.The changes of physical growth and nerve development were compared.Results:The all indicators and total developmental quotient(DQ)of Gesell Development Scale of the 3 groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,of which the B group and C group after treatment were higher than those of the A group,and the other scores of the C group after treatment were higher than those of the B group except for the big motor score,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ketogenic diet and comprehensive occupational therapy on children with global developmental delay can promote mental development.
