基于卷积运算法分析非等宽光栅衍射 被引量:1

摘要 应用惠更斯-菲涅尔衍射理论模型计算周期相等但衍射狭缝宽度不相等的光栅的衍射规律。首先应用卷积运算方法对等周期非等宽光栅衍射狭缝进行量化分析,然后结合基尔霍夫和夫琅禾费衍射理论,应用傅里叶变换法计算出这种周期相等但衍射狭缝宽度不相等的光栅经过平面光照射之后的在空间中产生的衍射光强的分布规律,最后,应用MATLAB对其光强的分布规律进行仿真,分别控制缝宽大小和周期数量得出此光栅的光强分布规律与缝宽大小和周期数之间存在的关系。 Using Huygens-Fresnel diffraction model is used to calculate the diffraction law of grating with equal period but unequal slit width.First convolution computation method is applied to peer cycle than width slit grating diffraction quantitative analysis,and then based on Kirchhoff and Husband for diffraction theory,the application of Fourier transform method to calculate the cycle is equal but the grating diffraction slit width are not equal after plane light generated in the space of the diffraction light intensity distribution,finally,the application of MATLAB to simulation,the light intensity distribution of each control sewing small broad and cycle number of intensity distribution pattern of the grating and sew wide the relation of the small and the number of cycles.
