白河南阳段浮游植物群落多样性及相似性评价 被引量:4

Diversity and similarity evaluation of phytoplankton community in Nanyang section of Baihe river

摘要 为掌握白河南阳段浮游植物种群及污染现状,在白河南阳段设置5个监测位点进行了调查研究.白河南阳段出现浮游藻类7门32科52属73种,五年间白河南阳段浮游藻类种数大幅减少64.9%,随时间和空间尺度的改变,白河南阳段水体污染状况加重.白河南阳段浮游藻类生物量变化波动大、分布不均匀,中下游高上游低,两者之间相差8倍.根据Shannon-Wiener和Margalef指数评价,上游区域是寡污型(清洁)、下游区域则是轻污染型,而根据Jaccard系数,上游与中下游污染情况不同,而中下游污染情况相似. In order to know the current situation of phytoplankton population and pollution in Nanyang section of Baihe river,5 monitoring sites were set up for investigation.There were 73 species belonging to 52 genera,32 families and 7 phyla in Nanyang section of Baihe river.In the past five years,the number of phytoplankton species in Nanyang section of Baihe river had decreased by 64.9%.With the change of time and space dimensions,the water pollution in Nanyang section of Baihe river had increased.The biomass of phytoplankton in Nanyang section of Baihe river fluctuates greatly and its distribution was uneven.The middle and lower reaches were high and the upper reaches were low,with a difference of 8 times.According to the Shannon-Wiener and Margalef indexes,the upper reaches were oligofouling(clean),while the lower reaches were light pollution.According to Jaccard coefficient,the pollution situation in the upper reaches was different from that in the middle and lower reaches,while the pollution situation in the middle and lower reaches was similar.It could be concluded that the overall quality of water in Nanyang section of Baihe river was good,but there was a trend of deterioration.There was slight pollution in the middle and lower reaches,and the degree of pollution was similar.Targeted treatment of pollution sources in the middle and lower reaches would improve the water quality.
