无人机喷施杀虫剂防治玉米鳞翅目害虫效果研究 被引量:6

摘要 为探索利用植保无人机防治玉米灌浆期鳞翅目害虫的可行性、筛选高效绿色防治药剂及剂量,本研究通过天途M6E型六旋翼植保无人机施药,开展几种杀虫剂防治玉米灌浆期鳞翅目害虫药效试验。结果表明:10亿PIB/mL甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂50、75、100 mL(666.7m^2用量,下同)处理被害株减退率分别为51.76%、58.82%和67.06%,虫孔减退率分别为69.84%、77.78%和80.95%,虫口减退率分别为61.11%、70.63%和77.78%,与5%氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂20 mL处理相当,对玉米灌浆期鳞翅目害虫具有较好的防治效果。 In order to explore the feasibility of using unmanned aerial vehicle to control Lepidoptera pests in maize,and select high-efficiency green insecticides and control dosage,the field trials of several insecticides were conducted with the ME6 six-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle to spraying insecticides.The results showed that one billion PIB/mL spodoptera exigua nucleopolyhedrovirus SC and 5%chlorantraniliprole SC had better control effects on Lepidoptera pests.The control effects of 50,75 and 100 mL per 666.7 m^2 of one billion PIB/mL spodoptera exigua nucleopolyhedrovirus SC had no significant difference from 20 mL per 666.7 m^2 of 5%chlorantraniliprole SC with the decrease rate of damaged plants as 51.76%,58.82%and 67.06%,the decrease rate of stalk cavities as 69.84%,77.78%and 80.95%,and the decrease rate of larva number as 61.11%,70.63%and 77.78%,respectively.
