摘要
新钢6号高炉所用炉料的有害元素不断升高,导致高炉炉况稳定性差、风口中套上翘及变形、焦比升高等不良后果。对此采取了改善高炉煤气流的分布、控制炉渣镁铝比、降低炉渣碱度、加强炉料过筛等措施,有效的降低了有害元素对高炉的影响。
The harmful elements in the furnace charge of No.6 BF were increasing,which resulted in the instable condition of BF,warping and deformation of tuyere middle sleeve,high coke ratio and so on.In order to reduce the influence of harmful elements on the blast furnace,measures including improving the distribution of the blast furnace gas flow,controlling the ratio of Mg to Al in the slag,reducing the basicity of the slag and strengthening the screening of the burden were taken.
