摘要
在生产管线钢过程中,部分钢卷板边20 mm内存在纵向裂纹缺陷,严重影响产品质量。通过利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜等手段对边裂缺陷试样进行研究分析,发现粗轧立辊表面质量不良是造成热轧钢卷边部裂纹的主要原因,提高粗轧立辊表面质量可有效减少带钢边裂缺陷的发生概率。
In the production of pipeline steel,there were longitudinal cracks within the edge of steel coils 20 mm,which had huge impact on the product quality.Through the research and analysis of edge crack samples by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope,it was found that the poor surface quality of rough rolling vertical roll was the main reason for the edge crack of hot rolled steel.Thus,improving the surface quality of rough rolling vertical roll can effectively reduce the incidence of edge crack.
