原发性高血压肾病患者血清CYSC水平与红细胞膜ATP酶活性的关系

摘要 目的探讨了原发性高血压患者血清胱抑制素C(CySC)水平与红细胞膜Na+、K+-ATP酶和Ca2+、Mg2+-ATP酶活性的改变参与原发性高血压肾病发生的可能机制。方法应用乳胶增强比浊法和Reini制模法测定了32例原发性高血压肾病患者血清CYSC水平与红细胞膜Na+、K+-ATP酶和Ca2+、Mg2+-ATP酶的含量,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果原发性高血压肾病患者血清CYSC水平非常显著的高于正常人组(P<0.01),而红细胞膜Na+、K+-ATP酶和Ca2+、Mg2+-ATP酶的含量又显著的低于正常人组(P<0.01)。血清CYSC水平与Na+、K+-ATP酶和Ca2+、Mg2+-ATP酶含量呈显著的负相关(r=-0.5712.-0.6012,P<0.01)。结论原发性高血压肾病的发生发展与血清CYSC和红细胞膜Na+、K+-ATP酶和Ca2+、Mg2+-ATP酶活性有密切的关系。
