摘要
目的:探讨不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀对急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗术后的影响。方法:分析300例急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者临床资料,依据治疗药物剂量不同进行分组,治疗Ⅰ组120例和治疗Ⅱ组180例。于术前、术后7d,观察两组患者的炎症因子[高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)]及心功能指标[左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]情况。结果:术后7d,两组患者hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均降低,且治疗Ⅱ组降低更为明显(P<0.05);两组患者LVESD降低、LVEF升高,且治疗Ⅱ组变化更为明显(P<0.05);两组术前、术后组内、组间LVEDD水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:高剂量瑞舒伐他汀应用于急性心肌梗死PCI术患者中,能够有效降低炎症因子水平,改善心功能。
Objective:To investigate the effects of different doses of rosuvastatin on patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:The clinical data of 300 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated by percutaneous coronary intervention were analyzed.They were grouped according to the dose of rosuvastatin used.Ⅰlow-dose treatment group 120 cases andⅡhigh dose treatment group 180 examples.Inflammatory factors including high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(HS-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-(TNF-),and interleukin-6(IL-6)were observed before and 7 days after surgery in both groups.And cardiac function indicators,including left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF).Results:After seven days,two groups of patients with hs CRP,TNF alpha,IL-6 levels are reduced,and the treatmentⅡgroup decreased significantly(P<0.05).LVESD reduced,LVEF increased in both groups,and changeⅡtreatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).Comparison of LVEDD levels in and between the two groups before and after operation showed no statistically significant difference(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:PCI for acute myocardial infarction USES high-dose rosuvastatin,which can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve cardiac function,and is worthy of popularization and application.
