摘要
分析了爬架在使用及爬升过程中的结构安全性能,利用有限元分析软件研究了附墙支座、梁局部受压承载力、纵横向水平杆应力、竖向主框架强度及变形,寻找出了架体的危险部位,分析了不同的导轨运动位移差值对结构的支反力及杆件应力的影响,所得出的结论对爬架在超高层建筑施工中的应用具有一定的参考价值。
The structural safety performance of lifting scaffold during the use and climbing process is analyzed.The local bearing capacity of wall attached support and beam,the stress of horizontal bar in vertical and horizontal direction,and the strength and deformation of vertical main frame are studied by using finite element analysis software,and the dangerous parts of the scaffold are found out,and the influence of motion displacement difference values of guide rail on supporting reaction force and member force of the structure is analyzed.The conclusion has certain reference value for the application of lifting scaffold in super high-rise building construction.
