This paper introduces how to solve some problems of GNSS system during the process of monitoring the rapid sliding of open top landslide.Combined with the actual application,it summarizes some experiences and suggestions on how to quickly and real-time monitor the deformation process of landslide mass,timely provide monitoring data,and timely and accurately send warning information,as well as to improve the service life of GNSS system measuring points in the process of landslide,which can provide reference for GNSS monitoring of similar rapid landslides.
