摘要
阐述了如何集成运用PLC和物联网技术实现砂石骨料生产线主要设备运行参数的采集、传输与处理,并从实际需求出发进行系统架构设计和软硬件平台的搭建,以实现对整个砂石骨料生产线进行实时控制和在线监测、最终达到优化系统产能、提高产品质量的目的。
This paper describes how to integrate the application of PLC and Internet of things technology to realize the collection,transmission and processing of main equipment operation parameters of aggregate production line,and starts from the actual needs to carry out system architecture design and software and hardware platform construction,so as to realize the real-time control and online monitoring of the whole aggregate production line,and ultimately achieve the purpose of optimizing the system capacity and improving the product quality.
