9S可视化管理作为一项先进的管理理念在国内外工厂化的企业推行已经很长时间了,其对生产、质量、安全、文明施工及企业文化建设都具有助推作用,树立起一大批可持续发展且不断壮大的知名企业。水电七局在白鹤滩水电站左岸引水发电系统施工中率先继续推行9S可视化管理理念规范基础处理现场管理,取得了丰硕成果。对推行9S可视化管理对施工成本影响的各个方面进行了剖析,阐述了推行9S可视化管理的必要性和可行性,进而提出如何通过9S可视化管理以降低作业机组的施工成本,提高其经济效益。

As an advanced management concept,9S visualization management has been implemented in factories at home and abroad for a long time.It has promotion effect on the production,quality,safety,civilized construction and corporate culture construction,and has set up a large number of well-known enterprises with sustainable development and continuous growing.Sinohydro Bureau 7 has carried out the 9S visualization management concept and standardized basic treatment site management in the diversion power generation system on the left bank of Baihetan Hydropower Station,and has achieved fruitful results.This paper analyzes the influences of 9S visualization management on construction cost,expounds the necessity and feasibility of implementing 9S visualization management,and then puts forward how to reduce the construction cost of generator operation by applying 9S visualization management,as well as to improve economic benefits.
