物流业上市公司劳动力成本与企业绩效的实证研究

An Empirical Study on Labor Cost and Corporate Performance of Listed Companies in Logistics Industry

文章选取2006~2019年A股物流业上市公司为研究对象,实证检验劳动力成本对物流企业绩效的影响,并在模型中引入融资约束变量。研究发现:物流企业劳动力成本的提升有利于企业绩效的增长,进一步地,随着融资约束程度的增加,劳动力成本对经营绩效的促进作用随之减弱。

This paper selects 2006~2019 listed companies in the A-share logistics industry as the research object to empirically test the impact of labor costs on the performance of logistics companies,and introduce financing constraint variables into the model.The study found that the increase in labor costs of logistics companies is conducive to the growth of corporate performance.Furthermore,as the degree of financing constraints increases,the role of labor costs in promoting business performance is weakened.
