摘要
智能制造装备行业长期以来着重强调技术,致使制造技术虽日益成熟,但外部形式相对落后。针对该问题,在不同种类的实验对象上进行测试研究。首先,将眼动追踪控制算法与VR仿真技术相结合,对三款微电子技术方面的机台主机设备进行局部调整效果实验。然后,通过分析被试对三款设备方案的总注视时长、平均注视时间、注视频率等评估指标,确定核心视觉倾向,以直观的数据来分析方案的优劣。最后,采用了最佳决策控制算法来提高工业智能制造建设的设计效率。实验结果验证了眼动追踪控算法在智能制造装备中的可行性,能够显著提高智能制造装备的质量与效率。
The intelligent manufacturing equipment industry has long placed emphasis on technology,which makes the manufacturing technology increasingly mature,but its external form is relatively backward.In response to this problem.A test study was carried out on different kinds of experimental subjects.First,the eye tracking control algorithm is combined with VR simulation technology,a local adjustment effect experiment was performed on the host equipment of the three microelectronics technology.Then,by analyzing the evaluation indexes such as the total fixation duration,average fixation duration and fixation frequency of three equipment plans to determine the core visual orientation,the pros and cons of the scheme can be analyzed through intuitive data.Finally,the best decision-making control algorithm is adopted to improve the design efficiency of industrial intelligent manufacturing construction.The experimental results verify the feasibility of the eye tracking control algorithm in intelligent manufacturing equipment,and can significantly improve the quality and efficiency of intelligent manufacturing equipment.
