厚胞汤联合人工周期疗法预防中重度宫腔粘连术后再粘连20例 被引量:3

摘要 宫腔镜下子宫粘连松解术(TCRA)是目前诊断及治疗宫腔粘连(IUA)的首选方法[1],但TCRA术后宫腔再粘连发生率较高,尤其是中重度宫腔粘连患者,术后再粘连发生率可高达40%[2]。TCRA术后予雌孕激素药物治疗是临床常用方案,能促进子宫内膜修复,但在中重度宫腔粘连患者中效果有限。本研究观察厚胞汤联合雌孕激素人工周期疗法预防中重度宫腔粘连术后再粘连的临床疗效,现报道如下。
