电火花深小孔加工抬刀过程中超疏水表面电极对工作液置换的影响 被引量:2

The Effect of the Electrode with Superhydrophobic Surface on the Working Fluid Displacement during the Electrode Lifting Process of EDM Deep Micro-hole Machining

摘要 为解决电火花深小孔加工中加工屑难以排出的问题,提出了一种将超疏水表面与工作电极相结合的方法。首先,建立了电火花深小孔加工抬刀过程中底部工作液的置换模型和超疏水表面模型;然后,设计了四因素五水平的正交试验,并使用加权积分的方法,量化了工作液的置换率;最后,基于仿真结果,分析了不同工艺条件下超疏水表面电极对底部工作液置换率的影响。研究表明,在相同工艺条件下,超疏水表面电极对底部工作液的置换率更高,且超疏水表面电极与普通表面电极的置换率差值随着工艺条件的变化有着较大波动。 In order to solve the problem of difficulty to discharge the debrisin during EDM deep micro-hole machining,a method of combining the superhydrophobic surface with the working electrode was proposed.Firstly,the displacement model of working fluid at the bottom and the superhydrophobic surface model during the electrode lifting process of EDM deep micro-hole machining were established.Then,the orthogonal experiment of four factors and five levels was designed,and the method of weighted integration was used to quantify the replacement rate of working fluid.Finally,based on the simulation results,the influence of superhydrophobic surface electrode on the displacement rate of bottom working fluid under different process conditions was analyzed.The results showed that under the same process conditions,the superhydrophobic surface electrode has a higher replacement rate for the bottom working fluid,and the difference of displacement rate between superhydrophobic surface electrode and common surface electrode fluctuates greatly with the change of process conditions.
