摘要
电弧放电加工采用高能量密度的电弧等离子体热源实现材料的高效去除,电弧放电加工伴随的较强爆炸声至今尚未得到有效研究。基于阵列式声波传感器搭建的检测平台,对电弧放电加工伴随的爆炸声波开展检测与分析。结果表明,爆炸声波的产生可能与等离子体通道的形成及金属材料的熔融爆炸碎化有关,这对进一步探索电弧放电加工机理具有一定的参考意义。
High-energy arc plasma is used as heat source of arc discharge machining to achieve efficient material removal,while the strong blasting acoustic wave accompanied by arc discharge machining has not been studied effectively.Based on the detection platform built by an array acoustic wave sensor,the blasting acoustic wave accompanied by arc discharge machining was detected and analyzed.The results showed that the generation of blasting acoustic wave may be related to the formation of plasma channels and the melting explosive fragmentation of metal materials,and the study has certain reference significance for further exploring the mechanism of arc discharge machining.
