摘要
为解决手机金属中框在制造过程中难以避免的毛刺问题,提出了一种基于扁平喷嘴的电解射流去毛刺方法。建立手机中框毛刺分布仿真模型,利用COMSOL仿真软件对电解射流去毛刺工艺进行仿真分析,探究了工件表面电流密度分布情况,模拟了喷嘴运动时加工工件表面毛刺形貌的变化,证明了此工艺能有效去除分布不均且不同大小的毛刺;最后,设计正交仿真试验,针对各加工参数进行了优化,为实际加工中参数的选择提供了依据,为后续的手机金属中框电解射流去毛刺加工设备的研制奠定了基础。
In order to solve the burr problem that is unavoidable in the manufacturing process of the metal frame in mobile phone,a new electrochemical jet machining method of deburring based on the flat nozzle was proposed.The simulation model of the burr distribution in the middle frame of mobile phone was established,and electrochemical jet deburring process was simulated and analyzed with the COMSOL simulation software.Based on it,the current density distribution on the surface of the workpiece was explored and the change of the burr shape on the workpiece surface under the movement of the nozzle was simulated,which proves that this process can effectively remove burrs with uneven distribution and different heights.Finally,orthogonal simulation experiments were designed to optimize each processing parameter,which provided a basis for the selection of processing parameters in actual processing,and could lay a foundation for the subsequent development of metal frame electrochemical jet deburring machining equipment.
