“科技兴警”作为警务工作的新要求,其理念需融入到经侦警务建设中,并作为经侦数据警务建设转型升级的方向指引。大数据时代的经侦警务在侦查思维、侦查模式、侦查手段、侦查目标等方面面临着挑战,且经侦数据警务建设在数源、思维、技术、人才等方面存在一些问题和不足。这些问题的解决需要系统构建数据通道、建设经侦专有数据库,树立数据思维理念、创新数据导侦工作机制,优化经侦数据武器、创新数据研判模式,以数据为标准优化机构建设、加强数据分析人才的培养等方式予以解决。

As a new requirement of policing,science and technology-promoted policing has its concept integrated into the construction of economic investigation police and serves as the direction guide for the transformation and upgrading of the construction of economic crime investigation data-based policing.Data-based policing is faced with challenges in the aspects of investigation thinking,investigation modes,investigation means and investigation targets,and witnesses some problems and deficiencies in the construction of economic crime investigation data-based policing in the aspects of number source,thinking,technology and talents,the solution of which calls for systematical construction of a data channel and a special database for economic investigation,development of a data thinking concept,innovation of the working mechanism of data guidance and investigation,optimization of the weapon and research and judgment modes of economic investigation data,optimization of the construction of institutions and enhancement of the data talents training.
