摘要
主要针对双组分水性环氧涂料在金属基材上产生闪锈的现象,对其闪锈机理进行了分析,并考察了环氧树脂体系、活性防锈颜料的种类、防闪锈助剂的种类和用量以及施工膜厚对防闪锈性能等的影响。对水性双组分环氧体系进行优化,提升了防闪锈性以及耐腐蚀性能。
In this paper, aiming at the flash rust phenomenon of 2K waterborne epoxy coatings on metal substrate, the mechanism of flash rust was analyzed, and the effects of epoxy resin system,types of active antirust pigments, types and dosage of flash rust resistant additives and film thickness on flash rust resistant performance were investigated. The waterborne 2K epoxy system was optimized to improve the flash rust resistance and corrosion resistance.
