摘要
随着现代化建设的快速发展和生活水平的改善,室内装修装饰水平不断提高。与此同时,质量参差不齐装饰材料的使用导致了室内甲醛浓度的超标。甲醛是一种对人类具有高致癌风险的有机污染物,因此人们对室内甲醛的净化清除研究越来越重视。氨丁三醇(TRIS),又名三羟甲基氨基甲烷,分子式为C4H11NO3,作为一种非钠的氨基缓冲剂,被广泛应用于医药行业。本文将TRIS作为一种甲醛清除剂,通过不同的添加比例加入到乳胶漆中和具有清除甲醛的乳胶漆产品进行对比。实验结果显示,当乳胶漆中TRIS的加入量在0.1%~1%时,24 h内加入0.5%TRIS的乳胶漆对甲醛的降解率达到了92.67%,具有较优性价比的降解效果。
With the rapid development of modernization and the improvement of living standards,the level of interior decoration has been constantly improved. However, the uneven quality of decorative materials leads to an undesirable indoor formaldehyde concentration. Formaldehyde is an organic pollutant with high carcinogenic risk to human, so people pay more and more attention to the purification and removal of indoor formaldehyde. TRIS, also known as trimethyl aminomethane, with the molecular formula of C4H11NO3, is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry as a non-sodium amino buffer. In this paper, TRIS is added as a formaldehyde remover with different dosage to the latex paint, which is compared with the latex paint products with formaldehyde-removing performance. The experimental results reveal that the formaldehyde degradation rate of the latex paint comprising 0.1%~1.0%(preferably 0.5%) TRIS can reach 91.27% within 24 hours, showing good degradation effect.
