高职院校校外顶岗实习学生党员教育与管理探究

Exploration on Education and Management of the Student Party Members of the Internship Outside Higher Vocational Colleges

指出了在高职院校顶岗实习阶段,长期存在难以实现学生党员全面教育与管理的实际问题。结合我国学者针对此项问题的研究进展,以及学校学生党员工作实际情况,分析了存在的问题和不足,提出了一种校企联动、线上线下、定期反馈的PDCA闭环党员教育和管理体系。针对2018级机械产品检测检验技术专业校外顶岗实习学生党员,依托线上线下党支部进行了一轮完整的PDCA闭环党员教育和管理实践,结果证明,该运行体系能有效、精准实现校外顶岗实习学生党员的教育与管理,为高职院校顶岗实习学生党员的教育与管理提供参考。

In the internship stage of vocational college,it is difficult to realize the comprehensive education and management of student party members for a long time.Combined with the research of Chinese scholars on this issue and the actual situation of party members in our college,this paper analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies,and proposes a PDCA closed-loop system of party members education and management with school-enterprise linkage,online and offline,and regular feedback.For the student party members of off-campus internship majoring in Mechanical Product Testing and Inspection Technology of grade 2018,based on the online and offline party branch,a complete PDCA closed-loop practice of party member education and management has been completed.It turns out that this system can effectively and accurately realize the education and management of off-campus internship student party members,which provides a research foundation for the education and management of student party members in vocational colleges.
