摘要
指出了薄壁零件在实际生产及加工的过程中,会产生工件加工变形及因切削力而产生的振动等情况,并且此类问题还难以控制和解决。实训中主要针对该类零件的加工工艺及切削参数等方面进行了设计研究,并通过FANUC 0iMD系统的CK6140型数控车床加工进行了实操验证,取得了比较好的效果。
In the actual production and processing of thin-walled parts,deformation of the workpiece and vibration due to cutting force will occur,and such problems are difficult to control and solve.This training is mainly aimed at the processing of such parts.The process and cutting parameters have been designed and researched,and the actual operation has been verified by FANUC 0i MD system CK6140 CNC lathe processing.
