摘要
蜜蜂是一类社会性昆虫,具有级型分化体系,不同级型蜜蜂在发育时间和寿命上存在明显差异。保幼激素(Juvenile hormone,JH)是一类蜜蜂体内的重要激素,对蜜蜂的生长发育、级型分化,以及寿命等方面具有显著的调控作用。该文从JH生物合成、JH对蜜蜂生长和行为发育、级型分化和寿命调控等方面的研究进展进行综述。通过探索环境、激素和蛋白共同调控蜜蜂级型分化和寿命的作用机制,进一步揭示JH在蜜蜂生长发育中的生理功能及作用机理。
Honeybee is a kind of social insect,it has a caste differentiation system,and the developmental time and lifespan of different castes were significantly different.Juvenile hormone(JH)is an important hormone in honeybee,which has significant regulation effect on the growth and development,caste differentiation and lifespan in honeybee.This paper reviews the research progress of JH biosynthesis,the regulation effect of JH on the growth and behavioral development,caste differentiation and lifespan.The physiological function and mechanism of JH on the growth and development were further revealed by exploring the mechanism of environment,hormones and proteins that jointly regulate the caste differentiation and lifespan in honeybee.
