PET/CT在非小细胞肺癌放疗靶区勾画中的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 放射治疗是非小细胞肺癌的重要治疗手段,在放疗过程中,靶区勾画至关重要。正电子发射计算机断层显像(PET/CT)技术能更好地区分肿瘤组织与非肿瘤组织,从而使NSCLC放疗靶区勾画更为精确。基于PET/CT行NSCLC放疗靶区勾画的方法主要有视觉评估法、"光晕"法、将SUV2.5作为阈值进行自动勾画、将SUVmax的一定百分比作为阈值进行自动勾画、源—背景比率法。将SUVmax的一定百分比或SUV2.5作为阈值进行自动勾画的方法是较为常规和简单的勾画方法,但对于体积较小的病变、大型非均质肿瘤及氟代脱氧葡萄糖摄取不均一的肿瘤,更适合运用源—背景比率法。自动勾画很难区别肿瘤附近也有高摄取值的正常组织,在自动勾画后,应在PET/CT图像上运用"光晕"法和视觉评估法对靶区进行核查及手动修改,以免出现多画及漏画的现象。4D-CT、4D-PET/CT及呼吸门控PET/CT技术能减小呼吸运动对靶区勾画的影响,从而使靶区勾画更为精确。
