急危重症患者院内分级转运系统及应用研究

Research on Graded Transport System for Acute and Critical Patients within Hospital

目的探讨标准化分级转运系统在急危重症患者院内中的应用及效果。方法选取2018年1月―12月院内转运的178例急危重症患者为研究对象;按入院时间先后顺序,选取2018年1月―6月院内转运的87例急危重症患者为对照组,实施常规院内转运管理;2018年7月―12月按照标准化院内分级转运规范转运的91例急危重症患者为干预组。对两组患者的转运时间及转运不良事件的发生率进行对比分析。结果干预组Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级患者转运时间21.46±2.84分钟、13.73±2.41分钟、7.89±1.36分钟,均明显低于对照组29.37±3.28分钟、19.85±2.74分钟、12.97±2.54分钟;干预组转运不良事件发生率(1.10%)显著低于对照组(20.69%),差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论标准化院内分级转运系统能够缩短急危重症患者院内转运时间,降低转运不良事件的发生率,保障患者的医疗安全。

Objective To explore the application and its effect of standardized graded transport system within hospital for acute and critical patients.Methods A total of 178 patients with acute and critical illness who were transferred within hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.In order of admission time,87 patients with acute and critical illness who were transferred from January to June 2018 were selected as the control group and routine in-hospital transfer management was conducted on them.91 acute and critical patients who were transferred from July to December 2018 in accordance with the standardized intrahospital graded transfer norms were taken as the intervention group.The transit time and the incidence of adverse events in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results In the intervention group,the transit time of patients with grade I,II and III were 21.46±2.84 minutes,13.73±2.41 minutes,7.89±1.36 minutes,which were significantly lower than those of the control group with 29.37±3.28 minutes,19.85±2.74 minutes,and 12.97±2.54 minutes.The incidence(1.10%)of adverse transport events in the intervention group was significantly lower than that(20.69%)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The standardized intrahospital graded transport system can shorten the transport time of acute and critical patients,reduce the incidence of adverse transport events,and ensure the medical safety of patients.
