疼痛三级护理管理模式的构建与应用研究

Study on Construction and Application of Three-level Pain Management Model

目的探讨创建癌痛规范化治疗示范医院中疼痛护理管理模式及应用效果。方法构建癌痛护理管理委员会-疼痛质控护士-疼痛护士三级护理管理模式,制定实施计划和培训内容,建立疼痛护理评价指标,比较实施疼痛三级护理管理模式前后护士疼痛管理知识和态度评分及疼痛护理质量。选取2016年1月—2016年12月疼痛三级护理管理模式实施前的226例住院患者为实施前组,2017年1月—2017年12月三级护理管理模式实施后的253例住院患者为实施后组,比较患者疼痛护理满意度。结果实施疼痛三级护理管理模式后护士疼痛管理知识和态度评分、疼痛护理质量显著高于实施前(p<0.05)。实施后患者疼痛护理满意度比实施前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论实施疼痛三级护理管理模式可明显提升护士的疼痛管理知识和态度,提高全院护理单元疼痛护理质量,提高患者疼痛护理满意度,从而促进癌痛规范化治疗示范医院的创建。

Objective To explore the pain nursing management model and its application effect in the establishment of a model hospital for standardized treatment of cancer pain.Methods We constructed a tertiary nursing management model of cancer pain:nursing management committee-pain quality control nurses-pain nurses.We formulated implementation plans and training content,established pain nursing evaluation indicators,and compared the nurses'pain management knowledge and attitude scores before and after the implementation of the tertiary nursing management model for cancer pain,as well as compared the quality of pain care.The 226 inpatients before the implementation of the tertiary pain management model from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the pre-implementation group,and the 253 inpatients after the implementation of the tertiary care management model from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the post-implementation group.Patients'satisfaction with pain care of both groups were compared.Results After the implementation of the tertiary pain management model,the nurses'pain management knowledge and attitude scores as well as the quality of pain care were significantly higher than those before the implementation(p<0.05).After the implementation,the patients'satisfaction with pain care was significantly higher than before,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the tertiary pain management model can significantly improve the nurses'pain management knowledge and attitude,improve the quality of pain care in the whole hospital nursing unit,and improve the satisfaction of patients with pain care,thereby promoting the creation of a model hospital for standardized cancer pain treatment.
