Control Measures and Methods for Air Tightness Performance of Existing Public Buildings in Cold Areas

摘要 建筑气密性能是低能耗建筑的一项重要技术指标,也是提升建筑节能率的重要途径。以寒冷地区某既有办公建筑改造为例,首先,针对项目气密性管控要点,分析我国建筑气密性能的研究现状,然后提出应用于本项目中的气密性能设计方案,最后总结出为实现气密性能指标所应用的技术措施及施工技术方案。研究内容及成果可供学术界及工程界借鉴。 Building airtight performance is an important technical index of low-energy building and also an important way to improve building energy conservation.Taking an existing office building retrofitting in cold area as an example,this paper first overviews analysis the research status of airtight performance of building in China according to project air tightness control points,,and then put forward the airtight performance design of the project,finally studied application technical measures and construction technical plan to implement the airtight performance indicators.The research contents and results can be used for reference by academic and engineering circles.
