摘要
目的:通过对青年男性的踝关节部位进行功能训练和强化本体感觉训练的干预,来观察训练前和训练后踝关节功能和平衡能力的变化,分析强化本体感觉训练对踝关节功能的提升作用,探讨强化踝关节功能的简便、实用的训练方法,为踝关节的科学运动训练和运动损伤研究提供参考。方法:选择30名存在踝关节不稳的18~25岁男性大学生作为受试者,并随机分入强化本体感觉训练组和功能训练组,每组各15人。每名受试者在4周训练前后进行踝关节平衡、本体感受和运动能力的测评。采用双因素重复测量方差分析进行统计学分析。结果:经过4周训练,两组受试者踝关节的平衡和运动能力均有明显提高,强化本体感觉训练组对比功能训练组,踝关节本体感觉和平衡能力的改善具有统计学意义,运动协调性相关数据虽部分没有统计学意义,但经分析后发现其具有改善趋势。结论:单纯的踝关节功能训练可以有效提高青年男性的踝关节功能,强化本体感觉训练配合踝关节功能训练对青年男性踝关节的本体感觉和稳定性有明显改善。
Objective:Through the study of the function of the ankle part of the young men training and strengthening of proprioception training intervention,to observe changes of ankle function and balance ability before and after training,analysis the improved proprioception training of ankle function,to explore a simple and practical training method to strengthen ankle joint function,and to provide reference for scientific sports training and sports injury research of ankle joint.Methods:Thirty male college students aged from 18 to 25 years old with unstable ankle joints were selected as subjects and randomly divided into the enhanced proprioception training group and the functional training group,with 15 students in each group.Before and after the 4-week training,each subject was assessed in three directions:ankle balance,proprioception and locomotor ability.Statistical analysis was carried out by two-factor repeated measurement analysis of variance.Results:After 4 weeks training,the balance and movement ability of ankle joint of the two groups were significantly improved,strengthening of proprioception training group contrast function training,the ankle proprioception and balance ability improved statistically significant,movement coordination related data is part of no statistical significance,but after analysis found that it has improved the trend.Conclusion:Simple ankle joint function training can effectively improve the ankle joint function of young men.Strengthening proprioception training combined with ankle joint function training can significantly improve the proprioception and stability of young men’s ankle joints.
