摘要
师范专业认证是我国提高教师教育质量、促进专业建设的重要举措,专业的人才培养方案是认证工作的顶层设计,将直接影响到学生知识结构的形成。为提高人才培养的针对性和实用性,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,分析了有条件通过教育部师范专业认证的盐城师范学院、河南师范大学、东北师范大学等6所学校的体育教育专业和31个首批国家级体育教育一流本科建设专业的人才培养方案。研究发现正执行的体育教育专业人才培养方案存在理念不到位、政策认识有偏差、基础教育需求不能完全满足以及与师范专业认证的通行范式差别较大等问题。因此,在师范专业认证视域下构建体育教育专业人才培养方案的通行范式,以期构建的人才培养方案通用范式能为我国体育教育专业进行师范专业认证提供参考。
Accreditation for teacher education major plays a vital role in promoting teacher education and major construction.Professional talent training plan is the top-level design for accreditation for teacher education major and will affect students’knowledge structure directly.To improve the pertinence and practicality of talent training,PE talent training plans are studied through methods of literature review,expert consultation and logical analysis,including ones for 6 institutions meeting the requirements for accreditation like Yancheng Normal College,He’nan Normal University and Northeast Normal University along with ones for 31 universities with the accreditation and PE major listed in the first batch of national first-class undergraduate education construction.It is revealed that present PE talent training plans with miscomprehension on education and policy cannot fit with the requirements of basic education and general paradigm for accreditation for teacher education major.Thus,general paradigm for PE talent training plan should be constructed in the perspective of accreditation for teacher education major,so that the general paradigm can provide reference for accreditation for PE teacher education major.
