基于“骨错缝、筋出槽”理论手法治疗寰枢椎半脱位非特异性病例2例

Two Cases of Nonspecific Atlantoaxial Subluxation Treated by Manipulation Based on the Theory of“Bone Dislocation and Tendon out of Groove”

"骨错缝、筋出槽"是中医伤科的特有名词,既属于病名,又属于骨与筋在受伤后的病机变化。中医认为,外伤劳损、湿之邪,使气血运行不畅、筋脉失养,而不能约束骨骼和稳定关节,产生骨错缝、筋出槽。临床上的肌腱、韧带、筋膜的撕裂、撕脱、粘连与痉挛等亦都属于"筋出槽"。明确病因,方可有的放矢。本文基于"骨错缝、筋出槽"理论,通过探讨手法治疗寰枢椎半脱位引起的高血压病与咽部异物感同时分享其相关病例,能够引起对本病的关注以及更加全面的认识、更系统的总结,为临床诊疗该病时找准病因,提供精准治疗。

"Bone dislocation,tendon out of groove"is a special term in traumatology department of traditional Chinese medicine.It is not only the name of the disease,but also the pathogenesis of bone and tendon after injury.According to traditional Chinese medicine,the pathogenic factors of injury,strain and dampness make qi and blood not run smoothly,muscles and veins lose their nourishment,which can not restrain bones and stabilize joints,resulting in bone dislocation and tendon out of groove.Clinical tendon,ligament,fascia tear,tear off,adhesion and spasm,etc.also belong to"tendon out of groove".Only when the etiology is clear can we have a definite target.Based on the theory of"bone dislocation and tendon out of groove",this paper discusses the treatment of hypertension and pharyngeal foreign body sensation caused by atlantoaxial subluxation by manipulation,and shares its related cases,which can cause more comprehensive understanding and more systematic summary of the disease,so as to find out the cause of disease and provide accurate treatment for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
