基于循证医学的康莱特注射液治疗非小细胞肺癌作用特点及分子机制研究

康莱特注射液是治疗非小细胞肺癌的常用中药注射剂,可单用或配合现代治疗手段。康莱特不但能够抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,还可抑制肿瘤的侵袭转移、血管生成、延缓耐药及调节免疫,从而发挥有效的抗肿瘤作用。但关于康莱特注射液的临床有效性及安全性有待进一步评估,相关作用机制及中医理论指导有待更明确的揭示。

Kanglaite injection(KLT)is a common traditional Chinese medicine injection for the non-small cell lung cancer.KLT can not only inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells,but also inhibit the invasion and metastasis,angiogenesis,delay drug resistance and regulate tumor immunity,so as to play an effective anti-tumor effect.At the same time,the clinical efficacy and safety of KLT need to be further evaluated,and the relevant mechanism of action and theoretical guidance of traditional Chinese medicine need to be more clearly revealed.
