实施“四三三”育人工程提升“三全育人”质量

学校坚持以立德树人为根本任务,以社会主义核心价值观为引领,抓实三全育人工作,在思想政治工作方面取得了一定的成绩,但也存在着全员育人的“员”部分角色缺位(育人意识和主动性不够),全程育人的“程”存在衔接不够紧密(贯通四年的育人内容需要完善),全方位育人的“方位”存在部分重心偏移(重管理轻育人、重服务轻育人)等现象,为解决这些问题,学校实施“四三三”育人工程,即搭建课程育人、管理服务、实践育人、文化育人四大平台,构建联动的“全员、全程、全方位”三大协调机制,不断改善学凤、教风、校风三风建设,最终形成教书育人一体化,管理服务一体化,环境文化育人一体化,校内校外实践一体化的具有四川工商学院特色的三全育人体系。

Sichuan Technology and Business University adheres to the fundamental task of cultivating talents with morality and the socialist core values as its guidance,and focuses on the three-complete system of educating people.Some achievements have been made in ideological and political work,but some problems still exist.There is a lack of the role of educating(lack of awareness and initiative of educating people).The connection of the whole education process is not close enoughs(The four yeara of education content needs to be improved.)The orientation of all-round education has partial shift of key points(emphasizing management over educating students;emphasizing service over educating students).In order to solve these problems,the school has implemented the"433"education project,namely,building platforms of curriculum education,management service,practice education and culture education.It constructs the linkage of the whole stafi^the whole process and all-round coordination mechanisms,and constantly improves the construction of culture of learning,teaching,school.Finally,a three-complete education system with the characteristics of Sichuan Technology and Business University has been formed,which integrates teaching and education,management and service,environmental culture and education,and on-campus and off-campus practice.
