Improvement of the Quality Assurance System and the Personnel Training Quality——Practice of"Two-Three-Four"Teaching Quality Assurance System in Sichuan Technology and Business University

教学质量是高校的生命线,关系到学校的生存和发展。建设适应民办高校转型发展需要、具有持续改进功能的教学质量保障体系是学校确保教学质量的重要举措。通过综合分析民办高校教学质量监控与保障面临的问题,结合本校实际,按照“根植地方、应用为径、开放融合、学以致用”的办学思路,以培养适应区域经济社会发展需求的应用型人才为目标,构建了全方位、多维度、持续改进的“二三四”教学质量保障体系(即建立校、院两级质量管理工作机制;形成教学质量目标管理、教学质量过程监控和教学质量评估结果改进三大质量控制系统;配套思想保障、组织保障、制度保障、资源保障四大保障系统),使人才培养目标制定、培养模式创新、课程体系构建、教学过程实施、教学成效评价、教学研究与教学改革开展、教学管理规范等均有据可依,确保教学质量结果得以持续改进,应用型人才培养质量的不断提升。

Teaching quality is the lifeline of colleges and universities,which is related to the survival and development of colleges and universities.It is an important measure to construct a teaching quality guarantee system with the function of continuous improvement to meet the needs of transformation and development of private colleges.Through a comprehensive analysis of the problems faced by the teaching quality monitoring and guarantee of private colleges and universities,complying with the actual situation of our university and the school running idea of “Being rooted in the local,application-oriented,opening and integration,learning for application”,aiming at cultivating applied talents to meet the needs of regional economic and social development,the university constructs an all-round,multidimensional and continuous improvement“Two-Three-Four”teaching quality guarantee system(That is to establish the working mechanism of quality management at two levels:school and unversity;to fbnn three quality control systems:teaching quality target management,teaching quality process monitoring and improving teaching quality evaluation results;to support the four guarantee systems:ideological guarantee,organization guarantee,system guarantee and resource guarantee.).Thus the following aspects such as the establishment of talent training objectives,the innovation of training mode,the construction of curriculum system,the implementation of teaching process,the evaluation of teaching efiect,the development of teaching research and teaching reform,the standardization of teaching management can be guaranteed for the continuous improvement of teaching quality results and the quality of applied personnel training.
