Kindergarten education should promote children's all-round development.The application of folk culture in manual activities can promote children's practical ability and emotional development,so that local folk culture can be handed down from generation to generation.This paper analyzes the influence of folk culture on children's growth,expounds the strategies of applying folk culture in current teaching,and emphasizes the importance of home-school cooperation,infiltration of local culture,use of diverse materials and scientific evaluation.
