摘要
学生科研能力的培养和提高是现代医学教育中的重要议题。作为传统课堂教学的重要补充和延伸,第二课堂具有新颖的内容和灵活的教学方式,对培养学生临床综合能力和创新思维有积极作用。作者根据肝胆外科的学科特点,基于临床科室现有的条件和资源,针对本科学员开展一系列关于临床科研方面的第二课堂教学活动并取得一定成效,有效弥补了传统教学的不足,拓宽了学员的知识面,同时也开辟了培养学生医学科研能力的新途径。文章详细论述了第二课堂教学的具体实施内容以及存在的问题,阐明其在培养本科学员临床科研能力中的有效性和重要性,有利于激发学习热情,开拓视野,全面提升学员的临床科研素质,为以后的工作和研究打下坚实的基础。
The cultivation and improvement of students'scientific research ability is an important issue in modern medical education.With novel forms of context and flexible teaching arrangements,the second class has been recognized as an important supplement and expansion platform beyond tradition classroom education and plays a positive role in promoting students'clinical comprehensive ability and innovative thinking.According to the characteristics of hepatobiliary surgery and on the basis of the existing conditions and resources of this clinical department,the authors carried out a series of second classroom teaching activities on clinical research for medical undergraduate students and achieved certain results,which effectively compensate for the shortcomings of traditional teaching,broaden the knowledge of students,as well as build a novel way to cultivate students'medical research ability.This article summarizes and discusses in detail the concrete implementation and existing problems of the second class teaching practice,and clarifies its effectiveness and importance in cultivating the clinical scientific research ability of undergraduate students,which is helpful for medical students in inspiring learning enthusiasm,broadening horizons,and comprehensively improving their clinical research quality.
